Our Staff
Our staff at Let Them Grow! are carefully selected, there being so much more that goes into the daily routine and taking care of precious little lives is a full time job and a huge responsibility. Even the most arduous task is diligently tackled by the staff and seen through to completion.
They provide excellent individual loving care and work with the babies on a one on one basis. The majority of Marinda's staff has been with her since inception of the center.
Rina personally trains all the staff and only endorses the highest level of excellence the staff provides to the children.
She is our founder and pioneer and her expertise has lead to more dynamic decision-making and clarity on what our individual jobs entail and to do these jobs a little better every day. Marinda, as the leader of the team, sees "Let them Grow!" as her passion and not as a job. She strives to ensure excellent behavior by all staff members and leads by example.
