No child is left behind at Let Them Grow
At Let them Grow, we offer several well-established assessments of social, emotional and academic traits. These assessments take place as a mid-year report and again at the end of the year.
Let Them Grow classes are planned well in advance, and the children can choose what they would like to do during free play, albeit reading a book, playing in the sandpit with toys, riding bikes, playing games and anything else they choose to do. We do not yell at our children because we cultivate a safe, non-toxic environment. Our beautifully manicured garden and spacious, well-equipped shaded playgrounds are safe, and children can play to their hearts’ delight.
Fantasy play corners teach our children empathy, encourage language development, and give them space to solve problems. Toys, books are packed away on low shelves to allow easy access.
We listen more than what we talk – It is important to us that every child at Let Them Grow feels validated.
We follow high-quality programmes. Spontaneous development is vital for us.
We promise to identify early developmental delays, learning disabilities and health problems in a collaborative effort with parents and educational and health professionals to get our little one back on track!
Critical skills such as taking turns, controlling impulses and paying cooperatively with peers are essential.
Classrooms have a multiple staff complement, each professional offering a different experience and level of education.
Our nutrient-dense meals are made fresh every day. Our children love our food and often ask mom and dad to make the vegetable bake the way the school does. Or we want the school’s breakfast.
Our children trust all our staff unconditionally. It is something that we pride ourselves on. We form long-lasting bonds with our children and they return to come and have tea with us, or join us for our birthday parties when they go off to “big school.”
